permanent transfer to Duncannon as operations open for our third hatchery (construction may be complete as soon as August 2023)

$16.00/hour plus excellent benefits at 30 days

Hours:

Full Time, 40 hours per week 

7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Position Summary

This role supports our company by being the first line of interaction for our team, our customers, and our vendors. 

  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • Manage, organize, and communicate small chick orders

  • Update and communicate order changes in the Hatchery

  • Collecting and entering data into various systems necessary to the orders, payments, and details important to the hatchery

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Needed

  • Highly reliable, pleasant, approachable, and patient

  • Detail-oriented

  • An organized mind

  • Can multi-task

  • Good with numbers and balancing figures

  • Highly efficient and accurate data entry

  • Can use basic Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Legible handwriting

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Pre-Employment Drug Testing

  • Be an Ideal Team Player as defined in the book by Patrick Lencioni

 

Physical Requirements

  • able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
