Hours and Schedule
50-55 hours per week
Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Schedule subject to change. Holidays are typically worked.

Monday - typically start at 5:00 AM (sometimes may be early as 4:00 AM)
Tuesday - typically start at 5:00 AM (sometimes may be early as 4:00 AM)
Wednesday - typically start at 5:00 AM (sometimes may be early as 4:00 AM)
Thursday - typically start at 5:00 AM (sometimes may be early as 4:00 AM)
Friday - typically start at 5:00 AM
Saturday - typically start at 5:00 AM

​Responsibilities
-
Load/unload adult and pullet birds
-
Ensure birds are handled properly
-
Ensure birds receive the correct vaccinations in the correct manner
-
Learn and be certified on blood testing if required
-
Counting and organizing birds
-
uphold company biosecurity standards
-
Following directions from the Crew Manager
-
Work well with Farmers and Service Technicians
Physical Requirements​
-
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
-
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment for extended periods of time (PPE provided)
-
Repetitively lifting objects weighing 25-30 lbs from the floor to six feet above the floor
Qualifications
-
Pre-employment Drug Screening
-
Farm experience (preferred)
-
Complete on-the-job Animal Welfare training
