Full-time Lead Maintenance Mechanic

on-the-job training in Elizabethtown for several months
permanent transfer to Duncannon as operations open for our third hatchery (construction may be complete as soon as August 2023)
$28.00 - 30.00/hour plus:

mileage reimbursement for training period for the difference between your training commute and your permanent commute, if your home address is further from Elizabethtown than from Duncannon (paid per pay period and requires perfect attendance for that period)
You may be a good fit for this position if you have experience in commercial electrical construction or other commercial construction trades, or you have experience in processing equipment, boilers, chillers, pumps, motors
Hours:
50 hours per week on average with significant variability in weekly hours
4:00 AM start Monday through Friday
Work Saturday/Sunday if emergencies
Work Evenings if emergencies
Work most weekday holidays
Provide on-call coverage as part of the Maintenance Team
