You may be a good fit if you have 2+ years of boots on the ground squad leader/team leader/fire team leader experience as a Corporal or a Sergeant in the U.S. Army or U.S. Marines with infantry or combat arms.

Hours and schedule

50-55 hours per week

Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays
The typical shift is around 10 hours but can range from 8 to 14 hours, due to distance, work volume and staffing levels.

Monday - typically start at 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM 
Tuesday - typically start at 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM (sometimes may be as early as 2:00 AM)
Wednesday - typically start at 2:30 AM - 3:00 (sometimes may be as early as 2:00 AM)

Thursday - typically start at 2:30 AM - 3:00 (sometimes may be as early as 2:00 AM)
Friday - typically start at 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM (sometimes may be as early as 2:00 AM)
Saturday - typically start at 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM

  • maintain a CMV license with a medical card to drive company vehicles

  • be fluent in English

Physical requirements

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Able to work outside in the elements

  • Able to work in a dusty environment

  • Able to tolerate the smell of chicken manure

  • Able to wear masks
